This image had been ready in my mind for some time, but I couldn't find a moment to bring it to life on the Amiga. Everything was put together on my Commodore Amiga using Lightwave 5.0. For the occasion, I wanted to use the small A500 with Blizzard 1230 and ACA500plus... The computer performed quite well with calculation times that were acceptable overall, but always with tests on a small 'stamp' with very low resolution. Only the final rendering took place at a resolution of 1280x1024, as usual for me. I'd like to point out that the sky is part of a photo taken by my daughter Virginia with an iPhone 11 and then adjusted for contrast with ArtEffect 4, also on the Amiga. Here, I experimented with a kind of shadow gradient by positioning three distant lights in slightly different spots and with varied intensities to achieve a more detailed effect.

CONTEXT:
Often, we seek the right path to reach an unspecified goal, in a world that can be too labyrinthine at times. Perhaps we need to let instinct guide us to find the way out of the maze.

Here you can download the image calculated directly on the Amiga in IFF format and compressed in ZIP: DOWNLOAD
