11-08-2024 Vase with Three Sunflowers in Pencil - Vincent Van Gogh August 1888
A couple of years ago, I completed one of my Travel Trails in Spain towards Figueres and I came across majestic fields of sunflowers in some stretches. The most significant detail for me was the orientation of these flowers towards the sun at different times of the day... Since then, whenever I see them around, I observe them. So among the various works proposed by the artist Vincent Van Gogh, I couldn't help but reproduce this one, depicting a vase with three sunflowers.
